I had Gulliver Garage doors out to replace the spring on one of my garage doors a couple of months ago. Yesterday when the door was closing the door seemed to stick which caused the cables to jump off of their spools. I called in and they send a tech out right away. The technician, Vitali, was excellent, he fixed a couple of brackets and re-attached the cables and re-tensioned the spring and all is working great now. The best part was all of this was considered warranty work. Fantastic customer service!
